• No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number can be obtained from Durable Medical Supply, Inc. by calling 770-719-9998.
• No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the original date of purchase unless the original manufacturer's warranty provides for a longer period of time.
• All returns and exchanges must be received in new and resalable condition. There will be no exceptions.
• Sorry, but for health reasons Durable Medical Supply, Inc. is unable to accept returns or exchanges of some products.
• Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
• All returns are subject to a returned item charge, not to exceed 25% of original purchase amount.

To make a return or exchange:

• Call Durable Medical Supply, Inc. at 770-719-9998 for a return authorization number. Write this number on the outside of your return shipment. Then send or bring the package to Durable Medical Supply, 175 Bradford Square Suite A Fayetteville Georgia 30215 (South Metro Atlanta)
• Durable Medical Supply, Inc. will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as it is received and processed. In the meantime, an order for replacement may be entered.
• Credit is based on the original invoice price and excludes freight charges.
